The human body is an underrated thing, many people have no idea what they can do until they try it for themselves.

The saddest part is, some give up before even tryingU.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander Sam Tickle is not one of them.

The former officer took part in the EAS Ultimate Challenge that required him to complete 30 sports in 30 days throughout 30 cities. Among the activities Sam was required to complete, included rock climbing, swimming, fencing, boxing and rugbyjust to name a few.

On Wednesday, I got a glimpse into the tour, running through a gauntlet of activities that tested my body in ways it had never experienced before.

Needless to say, it was nowhere near the actual challenge.

Sam was pushed to the limits both mentally and physically for 30 straight days, and while the the exit door was open, Tickle never considered using it.

"I never thought about quitting," he said. "Having to get up and go everyday with such a short turnaround was difficult at times, there was never a doubt in my mind that I would finish."...
