We don't have a Super Bowl champion yet this year, but the 2013 Super Bowl odds have already been doled out.
The New England Patriots and New York Giants have two very different sets of odds, and the last time a team made it to back-to-back Super Bowls was in 2004-2005 when the Pats won their last ring.
It simply isn't very common for a Super Bowl teams to make it back year after year.
