Tyler Moeller: Let Us Not Forget

We all know about the Tyler Moeller story.

He was in intensive care after being punched by a drunk on a family vacation in Florida and then suffered a relapse a couple weeks back.

Now, not only is he out for the season, but his entire career is in jeopardy. And even if he does come back, he's going to have to earn his spot all over again.

I recently read an article about him always smiling and having such a good attitude.

Good for him.

Because it has to be tough to go through something like that.

Put yourself in Tyler's shoes for a second. Imagine working your whole career to get to this point. You have been training, studying, and practicing all to get a shot at the ultimate goal; to start and make an impact at one of the most renowned college football teams in the nation.

People have always doubted you because of your size, but you blocked it all out. You proved all the haters wrong.

You made it.

Then, all of the sudden, it's taken away because of one drunken punch.

How would you feel?

Furious? Mortified? Pissed off? I'm sure that doesn't describe the half of it.
