Celebration in Sports: No Fun or Are Sports Too Politically Correct?

Anyone who has ever stepped foot onto the football field, baseball diamond, hardwood, soccer pitch, or hockey rink knows the feeling of adrenaline that comes over you during a big victory.
More so than any other emotion is the sheer joy and excitement that comes over your body, your mind and your heart that causes many athletes to lash out in spontaneous outburst of speed around the playing surface or brings them to tears.
Some athlete’s embrace old traditions like the lighting up of a cigar after big victory or the drinking and pouring of champagne after the big win.
