In a business model, that caters to family entertainment, in a crowded market place, one regular in the Frontier League has been Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel Kevin Rouch.
Since 2001, Rouch has been wearing a number of hats; outside counsel for numerous clubs, working with two league teams, the Zanesville Greys, who became the River City Rascals in 1999, the Chillicothe Paints as the play-by-play announcer and his Commissioner position.
“I will certainly miss my day-to-day involvement with the League,” Rouch said. “It has made great strides since its founding in 1993 and has become, in my opinion, the pre-eminent independent league in the country.
